Responsibilities

Serve as the advocate for the client and the company.

Identify customer needs, provide remote or on‑site assistance, and schedule technicians accordingly.

Coordinate with internal sales, operations, accounting and material management teams.

Document interactions and produce accurate billing.

Assist with scheduling, dispatching, and technical support as required.

Qualifications

Minimum of a GED or high school diploma; advanced education in project management, business or accounting preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Basic understanding of construction processes and project management concepts.

Analytical, problem‑solving and quick learning abilities.

Salary The average annual compensation in Oregon and southwest Washington is $41,600. Depending on experience and certifications, hourly pay ranges from $18 to $24.
