Base pay range $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr
Responsibilities A Kforce client is seeking to hire an Accounting/Licensing Associate in San Antonio, Texas (TX). This client has competitive pay and benefits while on assignment and is an in‑office position and is a true contract to hire opportunity.
Assist with securing of current licenses for all stores as well as updating License HQ system
Accounting/Licensing Associate will identify issues, collect data, establish facts, use independent judgment, knowledge of resources, and skills to provide support with minimal supervision required
Additional projects may be assigned
Requirements
Microsoft Excel experience
Great computer skills overall
Ability to communicate effectively
Detail-oriented
Reliable and a positive mindset
Transactional Accounting experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
