Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Analyzes general ledger account balances
Completes routine accounting assignments
Reviews and analyzes financial statement accounts for accuracy, budget variance, and unusual trends
Maintains fixed asset accounts
Ensures that comprehensive accounting records are maintained in an organized manner
Advises management of any unusual trends, budget variances, difficulties obtaining information or other pending issues
Continuously assesses internal systems and recommends changes that would allow greater efficiency in monthly processing
Maintains and reconciles general ledger account balances
Posts journal entries and prepares analysis schedules
Assists with month‑end close processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
GAAP Accounting knowledge preferred
Knowledge of account reconciliation, general ledger maintenance, and financial statements preparation
MS Office applications experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage resources in the completion of joint projects
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
