Salary $19.00 – $23.00 per hour (or pending experience)
Hours Monday‑Friday 10:00 pm – 6:00 am

Essential Duties And Tasks
Safely sets up, operates, and monitors press machinery and equipment as intended and needed to meet customer and production goals.
Completes press machine setup for production runs, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and calibrating equipment to ensure proper operation.
Monitors the production process, inspects and tests materials and equipment using safe and proper protocols, to ensure products meet quality standards and production quotas are met.
Verifies and tracks all materials for inventory and work in progress regulations.
Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions and performs routine maintenance tasks to keep machinery operating efficiently.
Trains and provides guidance to machine assistants and new crew members.
Keeps machinery and surrounding areas organized by meeting housekeeping, storage, staging, and cleanliness requirements.
Adheres to all safety guidelines and procedures, to prevent accidents or injuries. Wears appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by safety policies and reports any safety hazards or concerns to the appropriate team member.
Completes all necessary documentation for internal or external use.
Requirements
HS/GED required; HS/GED preferred.
2‑4 years’ Press Operator experience required.
Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision‑making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
Work Environment Work primarily in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Hearing protection, safety shoes, vision protection and other necessary PPE as required. May be exposed to non‑toxic/nuisance smells from chemicals, inks, airborne dust, moving mechanical parts, high noise levels and hot/humid environmental conditions in the manufacturing area.

This role routinely works around moving equipment. May need to get on and off equipment, stairs. The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to type, hold, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
