Job Title
Electrical Assembler (2nd Shift)
Pay Range $23.00/hr - $26.00/hr
Location Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area

Key Responsibilities
Support a Fortune 500 aero‑defense company as an electrical assembler.
Required Skills
High school or trade school education (minimum 2 years).
Preferred Skills
Assemble parts for electromechanical equipment.
Hand soldering experience.
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, process plans, and drawings.
Disassemble and modify production subassemblies per work plans.
Inspect results to ensure conformance.
Work independently and as part of a team.
IPC‑A‑610, J‑STD certifications desirable.
Preferred Experience
Use fixturing to accurately build assemblies.
Inspect parts and materials for flaws prior to use.
Manually solder or epoxy electrical components.
Use solder reflow ovens, semi‑auto P&P machines, and automated measurement systems.
Basic computer skills, including MRP and data collection software.
Additional Information Top skills: soldering, rework, hand coating. Second shift. Ability to read work instructions and drawings. Solder certification preferred. J‑Standard Modules 1, 3, 6 completed.
