Summary/Objectives It is the responsibility of the Middle Market Banker II to take ownership of all tasks and challenges in the operation of the assigned position, develop new middle market business through consultative sales efforts, manage a high-level and emerging loan and deposit portfolio providing superior client service, analyze financial information to evaluate the creditworthiness of loan requests, collaborate with portfolio managers to compile loan packages ensuring completeness and accuracy, work with the Bank’s product teams to cross‑sell products and services, ensure all loans follow State and Federal regulations and Bank policies and procedures, and drive efficacy in calling activity, proposal generation, revenue generation, risk mitigation, and the building of successful relationships.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of all tasks and challenges in the operation of the assigned position.
Develop new middle market business through consultative sales efforts.
Manage a high-level and emerging loan and deposit portfolio providing superior client service.
Analyze financial information to evaluate the creditworthiness of loan requests.
Collaborate with portfolio managers to compile loan packages ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Work with the Bank’s product teams to cross‑sell products and services.
Ensure all loans follow State and Federal regulations and Bank policies and procedures.
Drive efficacy in calling activity, proposal generation, revenue generation, risk mitigation, and building successful relationships.
