Sales Counselor – UMC – Abundant Life for Seniors
Position located in Bristol Glen Senior Care Community, Newton, NJ.
Salary: $55,256–$62,163 per year, full-time (Tuesday–Saturday).

Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries and leads promptly, maintaining accurate records.
Follow prospective residents from initial inquiry to final sales decision following established process.
Implement follow‑up procedures including visits, mailings, and phone calls.
Conduct community visits and explain programs and services.
Use lead management software for prospect data, census, occupancy records, set follow‑up calls, generate reports.
Complete closing and move‑in paperwork/contracts, ensuring understanding of policies.
Notify staff upon sale closure.
Assist Sales Director with special events and senior fairs.
Maintain relationships with referral sources and develop new ones.
Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent. Bachelor's in Business or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years sales experience in senior services industry focusing on CCRC, Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a sales process software product.
