About the Role As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcome and guide customers through the store, actively sell our products and support customers with product knowledge. You will also participate in garment care, presentation, and help maintain a clean sales floor and back‑of‑house, working closely with the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

A Day in the Life

Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience.

Engage customers in conversations and offer product recommendations.

Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all store areas.

Effectively promote and sell our products to customers.

Promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives.

Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.

Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.

General Information Fashion & Trend Awareness

Keep up‑to‑date with fashion trends, styles, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers.

Use fashion and product knowledge to share relevant information with customers.

Team & Development

Share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues.

Follow all procedures, routines and legal requirements in all store areas.

Give and receive feedback to learn, develop and support each other.

Participate in onboarding, introduction processes, trainings and courses relevant to your role.

Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution

Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care.

Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes.

Maintain a clean sales floor and back‑of‑house including stockrooms.

Support garment presentation, execution, and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines.

Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.

Follow best practice for any in‑store OMNI services and in‑store tech services/tools.

Support opening and closing of the store.

Follow all health and safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role.

Enjoys working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Has sales experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Experience with customer service in fashion, retail or related industries.

Compensation Sales Associate Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour
