Uniflex of America is seeking a motivated individual with a willingness to learn and develop their sales skills, regardless of prior experience.

Responsibilities
Make cold calls to generate leads, progress the sales process and close new business.
Contact new and inactive accounts to determine their eligibility as customers and acquire essential information to expand our market share.
Properly prepare and regularly visit customers in your sales region.
Reach out to established key customers to discuss sales opportunities, inform them of Uniflex product lines and new products, and create interest for potential future sales.
Promptly follow up with customers regarding quote status and drive leads through the pipeline.
Maintain/update the customer database (CRM) for the sales region.
Ensure the sales goals are achieved and provide regular reports.
Experience and Skills
2-5 years’ experience in inside and/or outside sales along with B2B experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree is preferred, although equivalent work experience is also acceptable. Industrial Sales experience of capital equipment is an advantage.
Demonstrate a passion for selling, self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
Structured working method and good organizational & communication skills required.
Possess a persistent and reliable character with a steady personality.
Must be able to travel between 25% and 33% of the time in the US NE territory.
