DESCRIPTION OF WORK In the capacity of Management Analyst 1, your primary responsibilities will include serving as a support resource for the Agency Open Records Officer (AORO). This role entails providing essential analytical and technical assistance within the Department’s Records Management program. You will be involved in various tasks related to the storage and retrieval of records, ensuring that the processes are efficient and compliant with relevant regulations. Additionally, you will engage in other related duties that contribute to the overall effectiveness of the records management system, thereby playing a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accessibility of the agency's records.
WORK SCHEDULE AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Full‑time employment
Work hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday, with a 30‑minute lunch break
Telework: You may work from home part‑time up to 3 days per week. Telework requires a securely configured high‑speed internet connection and an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you may report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Telework status is subject to change.
Salary: First‑time employees will begin at a starting annual salary of $51,971.00 (before taxes)

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY Minimum Experience and Training Requirements
One year of experience as an Administration and Management Trainee (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title) performing technical management analysis work; or
One year of experience in technical management analysis work, and a bachelor's degree; or
Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements
Possession of an active non‑commercial Pennsylvania Class C Driver’s License or equivalent.

Ability to perform essential job functions.
