Job Summary We are seeking a Digital Retention Specialist with professional-level Spanish speaking ability to join our Digital Sales team, focusing on maximising customer retention and satisfaction. This role involves direct interaction with customers to resolve concerns, proactively identify renewal blockers, and strategize on loyalty improvement measures. Ideal candidates will have a knack for engaging communication, a problem-solving mindset, and a strong drive towards customer‑centric outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Engage customers through outbound communications to understand and mitigate service discontinuation.
Independently resolve customer issues while aiming for minimal escalation and high satisfaction.
Leverage negotiation skills to address adoption barriers and tailor solutions to customer pain points.
Maintain organized and detailed documentation of customer interactions within Salesforce.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for retention improvement and churn reduction.
Must-Have Skills
Demonstrated expertise in customer service and retention strategies.
Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
Proficiency in Salesforce for tracking and managing customer interactions.
Industry Experience
Associate's degree or equivalent.
Customer Service Experience, early in career, would also work.
Fluency in Spanish.
