Harris Regional Hospital

Assist with new‑hire orientation, badge creation, and job fair participation. Support People Services (HR) projects and HRIS data systems (Oracle, UKG, ServiceNow). Help new employees navigate HR platforms. Attend and participate in staff meetings, projects, and committees. Adhere to and support policies for Harris Regional Hospital and Swain Community Hospital. Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when necessary. Why Join Us

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. Human Resources experience required; healthcare HR experience preferred. Knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, records management, deescalation techniques, and AA/EEO compliance. Preference for Oracle and UKG knowledge. More About Harris Regional Hospital
