4th Grade Math Teacher

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging 4th grade math lessons aligned with curriculum standards
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students
Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and tests
Maintain accurate records of student performance and progressCommunicate regularly with parents and school staff regarding student achievement
Create a structured, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
Collaborate with grade-level teachers and administration on curriculum planning
Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field (required)
Teaching certification preferred
Prior elementary or math teaching experience preferred
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Passion for teaching and supporting student growth
Ability to work collaboratively in a school environment
