Job Title: Restaurant Manager – Lead Our Slice of Success! Are you a natural leader with a passion for pizza? Do you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and have a knack for motivating teams? If so, we want you to join our management team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading the team by hiring, training, and supervising a group of pizza‑loving employees. Fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensuring operational efficiency through inventory management, scheduling, and compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Delivering outstanding customer service by resolving customer issues, ensuring quality standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Driving sales and profitability through marketing initiatives, cost control, and financial performance analysis.
Maintaining a spotless pizza store that is safe, inviting, and reflects our commitment to quality and cleanliness.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the pizza industry.
Strong leadership and team‑building skills with a passion for developing others.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
A love for pizza is a definite plus!
