Key Responsibilities
Rotate and work across warehouse departments as needed, supporting Laundry, Quality Control, Outbound Fulfillment, and Inventory based on operational demand. Responsibilities could include any or all of the following:
Laundry Operations:
Receive, inspect, sort, dry clean, press, iron, spot clean, and hand‑clean rental garments, accessories, and shoes in accordance with established processes and quality standards
Quality Control (QC):
Inspect, sort, and verify garments, accessories, and shoes to ensure accuracy, cleanliness, and presentation
Inventory items to assigned locations and elevate quality issues as needed
Outbound Fulfillment:
Pick, pack, quality‑check, label, and stage orders for shipment
Ensure packaged garments are prepared accurately and protected for shipping
Inventory Support:
Receive, audit, and maintain accurate inventory
Verify incoming shipments and ensure proper inventory placement
Warehouse Operations & Safety:
Move and transport items to designated work areas
Assist with palletizing and loading shipments
Ensure items are stored, packed, and stacked according to OSHA and company safety standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications & Requirements
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to meet or exceed required productivity rates without sacrificing quality, accuracy, or safety standards
Comfortable standing and performing repetitive tasks for 8–10 hours per day
Motivated, dependable, and committed to attendance and punctualityAvailable to work scheduled shifts and required overtime during peak periods
Able to read in English or Spanish
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation to and from work
Able to pass a criminal background check
