Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative in St Louis, United States! We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide exceptional service to our valued customers in a fast-paced environment. Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications Process cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the overall success of the store Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Capability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally Cash handling experience or ability to learn quickly Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures Strong team player with a collaborative mindset Food preparation experience is a plus, but not required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Additional Information
