What You’ll Do
Assist in the proper maintenance of the store, particularly in the Produce Department
Assist customers on the store floor as needed
Properly bag groceries for customers when needed and carry groceries for customers upon request
Maintain the store’s cleanliness and safety at all times by retrieving and maintaining store carts, running price checks, assisting with go‑backs, assisting with check stand upkeep, and removing waste from the parking area
Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations
Qualifications
Fluency in both Spanish and English; ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both languages
Strong customer service skills and a commitment to serving a diverse community
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, shelf tags, and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence and present information effectively in one‑on‑one and small‑group situations
Experience with common sense application of detailed instructions, both written and oral
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
Ability to read and write Spanish/English, interact with general public and co‑workers
Desired Skills (Extra Awesome)
Basic PC/Outlook skills

The working environment is typical for a fast‑paced grocery store. Physical requirements include lifting, standing, walking, kneeling, and visual and auditory functions.
