Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Territory Manager for a well-established agricultural equipment manufacturing organization with a strong dealer-network distribution model. This is a field-based, home-office role with extensive travel, covering some US and Canada Territory.
Position Overview This role is responsible for growing and managing sales across an established dealer network within a large, high-opportunity territory. The Territory Manager will act as a trusted partner to dealers, supporting inventory strategy, training, market penetration, and long-term profitability. This is a highly autonomous, relationship-driven position suited for a road-ready sales professional who thrives in a performance-based environment.

Responsibilities
Grow and manage sales through a dealer network across the assigned territory
Build strong dealer relationships through regular visits, training, and business planning
Develop and execute a goal-oriented territory plan to increase market penetration
Coordinate closely with internal teams, including Inside Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Product Support
Support inventory planning, inventory counts, and inventory turn management with dealers
Represent the company at dealer events, open houses, and trade shows
Qualifications
Proven success in agriculture-related sales or a closely aligned equipment or manufacturing environment
Strong dealer-facing relationship management and business acumen
Ability to thrive in a high-travel, field-based sales role with significant autonomy
Excellent communication, organization, and territory planning skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working across internal systems
Compensation and Benefits This position offers a
100% commission-based compensation structure
with a first-year guaranteed draw approximately $120,000 USD.
