We seek an Assistant Manager to join Domino’s Pizza. You have proven leadership, judgment, math, and multitasking skills.
Job Description As an Assistant Manager you will keep the store running smoothly, ensure team members follow policies and procedures, and provide excellent customer service.
Job Requirements and Duties You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift: cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policies and procedures 100%, and expect the same from your crew.

Qualifications
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Training and orientation are provided on the job.
Essential Functions / Skills
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).
Make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
In‑store temperatures range from 36°F to over 90°F.
Sudden temperature changes inside and outside.
Fumes from food odors.
Exposure to cornmeal dust.
Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Sensing
Talking and hearing on telephone.
Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
Depth perception.
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Temperaments
Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
Physical Requirements
Standing for most tasks.
Walking short distances for short durations.
Sitting for paperwork at a desk.
Lifting bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds.
Carrying small cans, pizza sauce, trays up to 12 pounds.
Pushing or pulling trays on dollies up to 7.5 pounds of force.
Climbing stairs or ladders for maintenance.
Additional Information
Stooping/bending: forward bending at the waist, repeated continuously 30‑45 seconds.
Crouching/squatting: occasional.
Reaching: up, down and forward; up to 72 inches occasionally.
Hand tasks: eye‑hand coordination, frequent use of forearms and wrists.
Machines, tools, equipment: use of pencils, pens, computers, phones, calculators, pizza cutter, peel.
Driving Specific Job Duties
Deliver product by car to customer door.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Requires
Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
Essential Skills
Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within delivery area.
Navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
Physical Demands
Carrying: carrying pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing.
Driving: delivering pizzas within designated area, making multiple deliveries per shift.
Walking: between store and delivery vehicle and to customer locations.
Climbing: navigation of five or more flights of stairs.
