Own the quality strategy and governance across multiple teams/BUs, defining standards, SLAs, and KPIs. Establish, track, and socialize quality metrics (e.g., defect leakage, release stability, escape rates) to drive decisions. Design and oversee release processes, risk assessments, and go/no‑go criteria for high‑risk, regulated environments. Partner with Engineering Managers and Product leads to align roadmaps with quality goals and mitigate delivery risks. Lead and mentor a QA team (10+ QAs), including hiring, performance management, and career development. Drive cross‑team process improvements (test strategy, environment readiness, regression scope, automation ROI). Champion outcome‑focused QA practices, ensuring customer impact and compliance guide quality decisions. The Successful Applicant

Min 8 years of experience in quality assurance within a technology industry. Proven people leadership experiences with clear coaching, performance frameworks, and team health. Owned quality across multiple squads/BUs with strong release, risk, and metric‑driven decision making. Confident communicator who partners effectively with Engineering Managers and Product to influence outcomes. Experience in fintech/high‑risk/regulated systems; comfortable with controls, audits, and compliance needs. Track record of driving process improvements beyond execution; outcome‑ and impact‑oriented. What's on Offer
