Job Summary Position
Commercial Roofing Service Foreman – Lisle, IL.
Pay
$30-40/hr BOE. Full-time. Competitive wages, benefits, year‑round work.
Responsibilities
Install and repair commercial roofs using BUR, modified bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and low‑slope metal systems.
Investigate, locate and repair leaks and defects in commercial roofing systems.
Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring highest level of craftsmanship.
Work well in a team setting, outside in extreme weather, climb ladders up to 60 ft, lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
Perform work to manufacturer’s specifications with close attention to safety.
Qualifications
3‑5 years of experience leading commercial roofing crews.
18 years of age or older, valid driver’s license, US work authorization.
Pass pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
Able to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, extreme weather conditions.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
