New Business Development team
is focused on expanding access to life‑changing CGM technology across key U.S. markets. This is a highly collaborative, cross‑functional group responsible for launching new programs, building strong partnerships, and executing scalable go‑to‑market models.
You will work closely with commercial, marketing, and medical teams to accelerate CGM adoption and unlock new growth opportunities across the Northeast.

As
Business Development Manager – New York , you will lead the commercial growth across the New York market. You’ll drive CGM adoption in Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and channel partners, and execute market development strategies that deliver sustainable growth.
This role offers significant autonomy to shape strategy, develop partnerships, and make a meaningful impact on diabetes care across one of their most important U.S. markets.
Key responsibilities:
Drive CGM adoption and commercial growth across the New York territory
Develop and execute go‑to‑market and market development strategies
Build strong relationships with endocrinologists, diabetologists, GPs, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and diabetes centres
Manage and grow channel and distribution partner relationships
Identify market opportunities, unmet needs, and barriers to CGM adoption
Engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), diabetes educators, and clinical stakeholders
Attend conferences, workshops, and patient education events
Deliver regular insights on performance, forecasts, competitor activity, and market trends
Work cross‑functionally with marketing, medical affairs, market access, and supply chain teams
Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and commercial standards
Key experience:
5+ years of experience in medical device and/or pharmaceutical sales or business development
Strong knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system; experience in New York highly preferred
Background in diabetes, endocrinology, or chronic disease management
Proven success launching or scaling healthcare products
Confident, relationship‑led communicator comfortable engaging clinicians and stakeholders
Strategic, self‑motivated, and comfortable working autonomously in a high‑growth environment
