Job Summary Senior Helpers, a leading home care company in Southeast Texas, is seeking a motivated, people-focused Client Development Coordinator to help grow our in-home care services. This entry-level role focuses on following up with leads, speaking with families, and supporting referral relationships. Training is provided. This position offers a unlimited commission and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
Respond to inbound inquiries from families and referral sources
Speak with families to understand care needs and explain services
Schedule assessments and coordinate next steps with the care team
Follow up consistently with leads to support new client starts
Assist with referral partner follow-up and community outreach
Track leads and activity in the CRM system
Work toward monthly performance goals with coaching and support
Qualifications Required
1 year of experience in customer service, sales support, intake, or a client-facing role
Strong communication and people skills
Organized with good follow-through
Comfortable working toward goals
Basic computer skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, senior services, or home care
Prior sales or commission experience (not required)
