Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by developing relationships with retail brands, designers, and contractors while promoting a leading manufacturer’s custom and standard retail fixture solutions.
Position Highlights
Family owned and operated manufacturer of custom retail display fixtures
Proven experience in business development, outside sales, or new account acquisition
Experience selling retail fixtures, store environments, or related manufacturing solutions preferred
Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new market opportunities
Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems
Strong sales pipeline within Retail Fixture Industry
Job Responsibilities
Identify, target, and develop new customer accounts
Build long-term relationships with retail decision-makers, designers, and procurement teams
Promote custom and standard fixture capabilities and solutions
Collaborate with internal design, engineering, and production teams to develop customer-specific solutions
Maintain consistent communication throughout quoting, design, and production phases
Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to expand market presence
