Location Greater Memphis Area (Remote with periodic travel to Nashville office)

Role Description AgriCapture is seeking a motivated and farmer-focused Supply Lead to manage grower relationships, support local partnerships, and drive enrollment into AgriCapture’s agricultural sustainability and carbon programs. This role is central to expanding program participation by originating new farmers, supporting enrolled growers, and serving as a trusted point of contact throughout the program lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently while working directly with farmers and agricultural partners. This is a field facing role that balances relationship management, enrollment activity, and coordination with internal teams. Regional travel will be required for grower meetings, enrollment activities, and partner coordination.

Key Responsibilities 1. Farmer Relationship Management & Program Success

Serve as the primary point of contact for enrolled farmers throughout enrollment, implementation, and reporting.

Clearly communicate program requirements, timelines, and expectations.

Support farmers through enrollment, data collection, and ongoing participation to promote retention and long-term engagement.

2. Program Enrollment & Supply Origination

Identify and engage prospective farmers to grow program participation.

Lead grower conversations by clearly communicating agronomic, environmental, and financial value propositions.

Collaborate with advisors, partners, and agricultural organizations to expand farmer participation.

Track enrollment progress and support supply targets.

3. Partnership Coordination

Coordinate with project partners, advisors, and service providers to support successful program delivery.

Gather and share feedback from farmers and partners to improve program execution.

Required Qualifications

Experience working directly with farmers or demonstrated familiarity with agricultural production systems.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a farmer-first mindset.

Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.

Willingness to travel regionally for grower and partner meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with carbon markets, conservation programs, or sustainability initiatives.

Familiarity with on-farm data collection, compliance, or grower enrollment processes

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business, Natural Resources, or related field

Existing relationships within agricultural or row‑crop producing regions
