Were seeking a dedicated
Terminal Foreman
for a full-time, in-person position in
Houston, TX . This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the terminal, managing team members, coordinating workflow, upholding safety standards, and ensuring overall efficiency in operations and performance. Key Duties and Responsibilities
Provide hands‑on supervision and direction for terminal operations each day Uphold OSHA standards to maintain a safe and compliant worksite Carry out routine maintenance on mechanical systems Identify issues by visual and auditory inspection Perform urgent repairs as needed Track and communicate updates on project progress Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures Keep the terminal environment clean and hazard‑free Apply safe work practices consistently and support a safety‑focused workplace culture Maintain alignment with all company health, safety, and environmental guidelines Execute scheduled, reactive, and corrective maintenance on various types of processing equipment Troubleshoot mechanical issues and suggest solutions for improvement Possess working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic tools including torque and impact wrenches, jacks, hoists, and testing equipment Candidate Requirements
Background in supervising teams and operations Hands‑on experience working with and maintaining heavy machinery Strong communication abilities Skills in general maintenance and carpentry Ability to lead, organize, and manage with confidence Commitment to enforcing and maintaining safety procedures Demonstrated track record in team leadership and motivation
