Commercial Land Development Project Manager | Fort Worth, TX
A nationally recognized civil engineering and consulting firm is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial land development projects. This role involves managing project execution, coordinating with clients and municipalities, and guiding internal teams through all phases of development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage land development projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Supervise design teams and oversee the preparation of civil plan sets.
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and local agencies.
Manage internal resources and technical support teams (survey, traffic, drainage, etc.).
Oversee QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Provide construction-phase support, including RFIs and site visits.
Mentor and manage junior staff, supporting their technical and professional growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in land development, including at least 1 year in a project management role.
Proficiency in Civil 3D and CAD-based design tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
PE license in Texas.
