Requirements
HS Diploma or Equivalent AND four (4) years of full-time work experience (8,000 hours) providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or nursing/assisted living home experience
BA/BS in Human Services or related field AND 1 year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities
Associate degree in Human Services or related field AND 2 years of full-time work experience (or equivalent) providing direct care services to persons with disabilities
Responsibilities
Manage staff coverage to meet the needs of the clients served
Coordinate completion of all household repairs and other upkeep
Coordinate the activities of daily living including personal care, hygiene, and grooming
Provide direct care to our clients
Assure documentation for all areas of client care are completed
Collaborate with medical professionals to coordinate health and medical needs for each client
Coordinate weekly meal planning and nutrition for clients

This position is full time Monday‑Friday, standard business hours
The starting pay range for this role is
$21.50 - $23.50 per hour
depending on up qualifications
$1,000 hiring bonus for external applicants
