Job Description We are hiring a Banquet Manager, $55,000-$63,000. We are seeking individuals with a passion for serving others! Our hotel events offer excellent exposure for receptions, meetings, trainings, and reunions, creating opportunities for word‑of‑mouth referrals. To ensure success, we need a dedicated team focused on quality, service, and timeliness, where everyone works together to deliver exceptional experiences.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
Lead the team with motivation and direction and ensure all standards of quality are in place.
Greet guests and be responsible for accommodating all guests’ needs during an event.
Communicate effectively with guests regarding the menu.
Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests as needed to assist the team.
Assist other servers during peak periods in delivering food and guest requests.
Train others on serving plated and reception style meal services (training provided).
Anticipate guests’ needs and monitor the dining experience to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
Oversee setup, execution, and cleanup for an event.
Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events.
Ensure all service areas are always kept clean and safe.
