Job Description
Drive patient satisfaction by rounding on patients and nursing staff, actively listening to concerns, and resolving meal‑related issues with professionalism and empathy.
Deliver meals and late trays accurately and on time, following identification protocols and dietary guidelines, including isolation and diabetic tray procedures.
Assist patients with the meal ordering system, offering non‑clinical guidance on modified diets and ensuring selections align with prescribed nutrition plans.
Support foodservice operations by performing tasks such as stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, preparing food items, and operating dishroom equipment as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment by using proper sanitation techniques. Other duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements High School Grad or Equiv Food Handler Certificate (FHC) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, ServeSafe Certification (SERV) - Accredited Issuing Body.
Pay Range $15.46 - $24.73
