The Dallas Regional Operations Center is looking for a licensed Senior Electrical Engineer to lead a variety of projects, including the design of double‑ended substations and other facility‑level electrical systems. October 18, 2022 – A great spot for a future leader.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced, licensed professional with excellent technical expertise and the soft skills to recruit, mentor and develop a talented team. Qualifications: Licensed electrical engineer with proven experience in utility company coordination, AC power distribution, grounding, lighting, generators for backup power, UPS systems and surge protection. Complete knowledge of power distribution design, medium voltage and below. Strong communication, teamwork, and networking skills. Ability to recruit, develop and mentor junior engineers. Responsibilities: Lead the electrical component of multi‑disciplinary projects from concept through construction. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems. Develop and maintain design standards, drawings and specifications. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff and interns. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements. Benefits: Competitive salary and 401(k) match.
