Wrentham, MA, US.

Responsibilities

Cash Wrap:

Greeting customers, conducting name capture, maintaining POS accuracy, suggesting add‑ons and gift cards, and representing the Coach brand. Stockroom/Warehouse:

Receiving shipments, verifying product information, processing transfers, cleaning the stockroom, managing product ownership, performing cycle counts, and maintaining loss prevention standards. Sales Floor:

Replenishing zones, executing visual merchandising, supporting floor activities, communicating stock availability, responding to customer requests, and maintaining housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

Experience:

1–3 years in retail (cashier, stockroom, sales), preferably in luxury environments. Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Technical Skills:

Proficiency with cash register systems, mobile POS, iPad/laptop, walkie‑talkie, and product sheets. Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs; fast‑paced work, customer communication, and agile movement on the sales floor. Schedule:

Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and high‑traffic retail days.

Additional Requirements

Work Setup

Base pay range:

$15.00–$19.50 hourly

(City, county, and state minimum wage requirements apply).
