Flex
Security Officers for the Indianapolis, IN area. All shifts and days are available. This position offers a starting pay of $18.50/hr with weekly pay.
Benefits All qualifying candidates are eligible for a 401(k) with an employer match up to 8% for those who work at least 20 hours a week (minimum of 500 hours per year) and have completed six months of service.

Qualifications
Must have reliable transportation.
One year of experience in security, military, or law enforcement is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and in all weather conditions.
Must regularly stand or walk for extended periods of time.
Exceptional report writing skills.
Ability to mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.
Able to work independently.
Read and understand written instruction and communicate information clearly and concisely in written form.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Flex Officer Explanation The Flex Officer position is crucial to our company’s operational and financial success. The flex officer provides trained, competent support by working shifts that become open due to illness, call-offs, weather, vacation, or other causes, enabling Sunstates to provide continuous, uninterrupted service while protecting the health and work balance of our personnel.
Scheduling Expectations
You will be trained at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need.
Your schedule (shifts, days off, hours per week) will vary based on operational need.
You will be assigned or offered shifts as they become available.
Some shifts will be scheduled in advance and posted with the weekly schedule; others may be called on short notice.
For short-notice call-ins, you are expected to work at least 80% of the shifts for which you are called. Refusal of more than 20% of called shifts may negatively impact your employment status.
