Wellness Worker - Biometric Screener
Labcorp is seeking medical professionals to provide testing services at events. Once hired, staff can assign themselves to events in their area using our scheduling system and receive pre‑event comprehensive training on LES protocols. Testing services include biometric screenings, COVID‑19 PCR testing, COVID‑19 point of care antigen testing, and temperature checks. Staff are responsible for the successful setup, execution, and breakdown of events while providing exceptional customer service to participants. Duties / Responsibilities
Conduct participant biometric screenings including fingerstick blood collection, blood pressure, BMI, and body fat analysis. Perform COVID‑19 PCR testing, COVID‑19 point of care antigen testing, and temperature checks. Ensure participant information and all screening results are accurately captured. Provide excellent customer service and maintain participant privacy at all times. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements
Medical credentials strongly preferred (CNA, MA, Phlebotomist, RN, LPN, etc.). Medical certification or license required in California. Minimum of 1‑year experience working in a healthcare setting. Proficient with performing fingerstick blood collection and taking blood pressure. Experience with Cholestech LDX preferred. Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA. Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Basic tablet and computer skills. Reliable transportation. Willing and able to pass a criminal background check and drug test. At least 18 years old. Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times. Application Window

$16-$21 per Hour Benefits
Employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), PTO/FTO, Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
