Position Summary

Responsibilities
Be a Team Member: maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross‑functional teams; educate associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicate effectively with team members; and remain flexible to meet business needs.
Be an Expert: prepare food according to item specifications; plan future productions and mass productions; anticipate seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain and sanitize equipment; and demonstrate understanding of product layout execution.
Be a Techie: leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for production decisions, merchandise ordering, club pick‑up orders, training and product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage adoption.
Be an Owner: drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; enforce quality and date‑control standards; eliminate waste; provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, aiding purchasing decisions, handling payment types, locating merchandise and resolving member concerns.
Be a Talent Ambassador: act as a brand advocate; develop, influence and inspire others in a respectful, supportive and team‑oriented style; understand roadblocks and assist in training.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; use the Open Door Policy; and apply these in day‑to‑day business processes.
Complete work assignments and priorities by utilizing policies, data and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers and partners; identify priorities, deadlines and expectations; complete tasks; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities; and adapt and learn from change, difficulties and feedback.

Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
Minimum Qualifications I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying requires me to successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if I receive the position.
