The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct, hands‑on care to residents in a senior living care setting under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Pay Ranges
$16.50 – $21.70 per hour Additional Pay Incentives
$2 per hour evening & night shift differential (2 pm–10 pm & 10 pm–6 am all days) $2 per hour weekend shift differential (6 am Saturday to 6 am Monday) Position Summary
The CNA supports residents with activities of daily living, promotes comfort and dignity, observes and reports changes in condition, and contributes to a safe, compassionate, and person-centered care environment. The CNA plays a vital role in enhancing residents’ quality of life through respectful care, teamwork, and consistent communication. Benefits

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current license to practice nursing in Virginia. Current CPR certification. Organized, accurate, computer experienced, willing to learn new software. Strong written and oral English communication. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with nursing assistants and nursing administration to meet standards of care. Outstanding customer service using a friendly, outgoing, customer‑first approach. Cool, calm, cooperative, respectful, professional demeanor with staff, residents, and families. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Autonomy in performing job duties. Flexibility to accommodate changing priorities. Meet physical demands of the job. Meet all pre‑hire screening requirements.
