Baylor Program Certified Nursing Assistant
Schedule Day Shift 6 AM - 2 PM
Pay Ranges $16.50 - $21.70
Position Summary The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct, hands‑on care to residents in a senior living care setting under the supervision of a licensed nurse. This role supports residents with activities of daily living, promotes comfort and dignity, observes and reports changes in condition, and contributes to a safe, compassionate, and person‑centered care environment. The CNA plays a vital role in enhancing residents’ quality of life through respectful care, teamwork, and consistent communication.

Requirements
Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current license to practice nursing in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Current CPR certification.
Organized, accurate, and computer‑savvy; willing to learn new software.
Strong oral and written communication in English.
Maintain effective working relationships with nursing assistants and administration.
Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly, outgoing, customer‑first approach.
Professional, calm, respectful demeanor toward staff, residents, and families.
Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Perform duties listed in the job description with autonomy.
Flexible and responsive to changing priorities.
Meet the physical demands of the job.
Meet all pre‑hire screening requirements.
