Restaurant Manager – VIVA Chicken
Established in 2013, VIVA Chicken is a celebrated rotisserie‑chicken restaurant located in Charlotte, North Carolina, with 15 locations across the Carolinas. We are seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager to join our growing team.
Responsibilities & Expectations As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead daily operations, manage staff, ensure food safety and service excellence, and create an inclusive work environment for all team members. You should have culinary management experience, a commitment to exceptional hospitality, and a passion for food safety.
Compensation Base salary range: $50,000 – $55,000 per year with potential total compensation of $60,000 – $70,000.
