Responsibilities
Maintain positive customer relations by addressing all product‑related concerns.
Taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions.
Navigate multiple systems and enter information using your keyboard while speaking with customers.
Qualifications
PC or laptop with current and supported MS Windows 11 Operating System.
Processor: AMD Ryzen 2nd Generation or newer OR Intel i‑series 8th Generation or newer, 4+ cores, 2018 or newer.
Minimum 8GB RAM.
Minimum 10GB free hard‑disk space.
Internet Requirements
Dedicated high‑speed wired internet.
Download speed 10.0 MBps.
Upload speed 5.0 MBps.
Other Requirements
Keyboard with function keys.
Wired USB headset.
Webcam and dual monitors recommended (not required).
17+ inch monitor recommended.
External mouse recommended.
Training Requirements (Mandatory)
1st Shift Training – 2 weeks (Mon‑Fri), 8:30am–3:30pm CST.
2nd Shift Training – 2 weeks (Mon‑Fri), 5:00pm–11:00pm CST.
Weekend Training – 3 weekends (Sat‑Sun), 8:00am–4:00pm CST.
