Customer Service Representative
Location: 11674 Ventura Blvd., Los Angeles, CA. Join Domino’s Pizza to deliver excellent customer service and grow through management, operations, or franchise ownership. Responsibilities
Operate all equipment and prepare product for in‑person and telephone orders. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler, and work area. Receive and process telephone orders accurately. Clean equipment and facility daily. Provide on‑the‑job training and orientation. Communicate clearly with customers and co‑workers verbally and in writing. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Apply basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) to process orders and make correct monetary change. Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older. Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills. Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements. Comfort using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Work Conditions
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F in cooler to 90 °F or above in some work areas. Cold surfaces, hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 °F or higher, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts are common. Additional Information
