Prairie Pizza, a family‑owned Domino’s franchise in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead our pizzeria to success. You will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and motivate your team to deliver a delicious experience every time.
What you’ll be doing:
Hiring, training, and supervising a team of pizza‑loving employees; fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Managing inventory, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Resolving customer issues, ensuring quality standards are met, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Implementing marketing initiatives, controlling costs, and analyzing financial performance to meet business objectives.
Maintaining a spotless, safe, and inviting pizza store that reflects your commitment to quality and cleanliness.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in restaurant management; preferably in the pizza industry but not required.
Strong leadership and team‑building skills with a passion for developing others.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
A love for pizza is a definite plus.
