Volumetric Mixer Operator
Zenith Tech Inc., a part of the Walbec Group, is seeking a Volumetric Mixer Operator for its Roads and Bridge Construction divisions.
Job Summary As a Mixer Operator, you will operate a Mobile Concrete Mixer mounted on a truck, producing measured amounts of fresh concrete at job sites. You will work under the direction of the Foreman and ensure continuous delivery of high- quality, accurate mix.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain Mobile Concrete Mixer equipment.
Prepare and load concrete mix to meet project specifications.
Maintain records of mix formulas and weights.
Travel to various job sites throughout Wisconsin.
Follow safety procedures and site-specific guidelines.
Work Environment The role requires a willingness to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and to tolerate variable weather conditions and dirty, dusty environments.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
Class A CDL required.
High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to travel.
Union membership with a Local Operators Union or willingness to become a member; membership not required before hiring.

Location & Travel Primary location: southeastern Wisconsin; many projects across the state require reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
