We are seeking a skilled Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Technician to maintain our state-of-the-art kitchens and bakeries. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration, and HVAC systems across our campus. Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial cooking equipment Install, calibrate, and optimize kitchen ventilation and appliance systems Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections Ensure compliance with OSHA, refrigeration, gas, and electrical safety standards Utilize hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting Core Equipment
Refrigeration: Walk-in coolers/freezers, blast chillers, ice machines Cooking Equipment: Commercial ovens, fryers, steam kettles, tilt skillets Ventilation & HVAC: Exhaust hoods, rooftop HVAC units, make-up air systems Dishwashing & Sanitation: High-capacity dishwashers, sanitation systems Location & Community
