Our Customer Service Position is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement.

Orientation and training provided on the job.
Hourly wage: $15.05.
Minimum requirement of 32 hours per week for benefits.

General Job Duties
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility daily.
Communication Skills
Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person.
Interact respectfully and effectively with a diverse range of people.
Essential Functions & Skills
Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
Make correct monetary change.
Use verbal and written skills to take and process orders.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
Navigate maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
Navigate adverse terrain while carrying product.
Work Conditions Work may be performed in varying temperatures and weather conditions, and may involve exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F.
Physical Demands
Standing, walking, and occasional sitting for paperwork.
Lifting up to 50 pounds and stacking on shelves up to 72 inches tall.
Carrying and pushing trays or boxes over short distances.
Reaching up to 72 inches, bending, and stooping as required.
Frequent use of hands, forearms, and wrists for dough shaping and box assembly.
