URBN Warehouse Clerk – Urbn Leaf
Location: 766 Brackbill Rd, Gap, Pennsylvania, 17527 United States
Shift: Sunday – Wednesday; 6:00 am–4:30 pm
Role Responsibilities
Assist Leadership Team with day‑to‑day functions in assigned department
Monitor productivity and communicate adjustments in departmental processes
Be flexible in completing projects and navigating changing business priorities
Provide clear, concise directions to ensure SLAs are maintained and goals are met
Maintain high‑level proactive communication utilizing radios and emails
Perform department‑specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager
Work with all organizational levels, including fellow employees, customers, and management
Role Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or GED required
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Problem‑solving and reporting skills
Strong computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required
Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards
Physical Requirements
Able to stand and walk for considerable distance throughout a shift
Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods
Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds
Operate warehouse equipment safely as required (e.g., pallet jack, box cutter, carts)
