The company is fully licensed, bonded, insured, and serves the Greater Phoenix area. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Supervisor based in Phoenix, Arizona. The Field Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily landscape operations, managing field teams, and working alongside crew members as needed to support field activities. The role ensures timely and efficient project completion while maintaining company quality standards. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with clients, scheduling tasks, completing daily operational reports, preparing and managing monthly work schedules, monitoring safety compliance, and providing training and guidance to field staff. We are also open to considering motivated, eager candidates with minimal supervisory experience who are willing to start in an entry-level supervisory role and grow into a leadership position. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a desire to learn and develop as a leader. Qualifications Leadership and team management: Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams effectively in outdoor or landscape projects. Technical and industry-specific skills: Knowledge of landscaping, tree care, pest control, and irrigation systems. Organizational and problem-solving skills: Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and resolve job-site issues efficiently. Communication abilities: Proficient in client communication, team coordination, and reporting to supervisors. Additional qualifications: Valid driver’s license, proficiency in safety regulations, ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and prior experience in landscaping or related industries.
