Office Coordinator oversees the daily operations of our headquarters location in Los Angeles, CA. The Office Coordinator will take the lead in managing facilities and office management duties.
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 10am-2pm PST.
Responsibilities
Oversee the overall facility and work with local managers to ensure key systems are in operational order.
Coordinate office repairs, maintenance, temperature adjustments, and vendor services.
Manage relationships with building management and oversee vendor work.
Maintain clean and tidy office spaces including the kitchen, conference rooms, and common areas.
Oversee office plant care, cleaning services, and periodic deep cleaning.
Manage office supply and kitchen inventory; coordinate orders and replenish snacks, coffee, cleaning products, utensils, and paper goods.
Place grocery/supply orders as needed.
Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Schedule and receive shredding and related recurring services.
Greet and assist guests and visitors, validating parking as needed.
Provide office tours to guests and prepare conference rooms as needed.
Coordinate offsite venues, catering, and logistics for executive and leadership team meetings and events.
Manage weekly catered lunch orders and setup/cleanup.
