About the Role
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with SEND? Join our dedicated Inclusive Learning team at Salford City College Group, where you’ll play a role in helping learners achieve, belong, and thrive.
As an Inclusion Support Assistant, you’ll provide flexible, high‑quality support tailored to individual needs—both in and out of the classroom. You’ll work closely with learners with moderate learning difficulties and disabilities, supporting academic progress, personal development, wellbeing, and inclusion as they work towards Skills for Life qualifications.
This is a rewarding and varied role, with opportunities to work across college sites and in the community, including supporting learners on work placements. You’ll collaborate with tutors to break down barriers to learning and ensure every student can access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
