Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated Data & Analytics Controls & Solutions Integration Lead. The team plays a critical role in shaping the solutions design, architecture, controls and roadmap of Data & Analytics ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in solutions design, cloud data architecture, data warehousing, and controls assessment and implementation. You will be a hands on data leader working closely with technical leaders, business stakeholders, and data analytics teams to design, and architect migration of large-scale data platforms, ensuring seamless data flow, integrity, and performance while adhering to firm's controls and standards.
Responsibilities
Serve as the Data & Analytics controls & solution lead for a complex data platform integration and migration project, defining technical strategy and architecture.
Lead design of data migration strategies from existing platforms to target state cloud based data platforms such as Snowflake.
Provide technical guidance in designing the target state platforms, and solutions.
Implement cloud and data controls in the data platforms and solutions.
Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and reference architectures for target state.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (data engineers, business stakeholders, analytics and reporting teams) to define technical roadmaps, communicate status and risks effectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
BE/B Tech/MCA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Bachelors (Masters preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
10+ years of experience in technology design, architecture, or platform engineering.
Strong hands-on knowledge of tech stacks supporting Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP) and data related services and platforms such as S3, Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Dataiku, Alteryx.
Significant experience in migrating cloud and on-premise data platforms and data warehouses to modern cloud based ecosystems.
Hands-on knowledge of implementing data and cloud governance controls in the platforms.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with ability to architect complex data solutions.
Experience building platform roadmaps and defining architecture strategies.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across business, risk, and technology teams.
Demonstrated ability to lead design and architecture discussions.
