Job Purpose : Ultimately responsible for preventative and diagnostic maintenance of equipment.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machinery and facility equipment
Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of machinery
Support with machine improvement and the installation of new equipment
Must have controls, robot programming, and automation experience
Complete TPM activities on workshop equipment
Read and interpret equipment manuals and blueprints to perform required maintenance and service
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties
Perform other duties as required or assigned by supervisor
Follow all OSHA and internal safety standards

Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
Experience in Industrial Maintenance, technical field or technical schooling
Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills a plus
Well versed in standard preventative maintenance protocols
Proficient in use of hand tools, power tools, shop equipment and appropriate PPE
Proficient in metal cutting, welding, drilling and tapping
Working knowledge of PLC and relay logic control systems
Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic devices and controls
Working knowledge of electrical distribution systems and LOTO procedures
Previous experience maintaining air compressors a plus
Ability to perform active job duties that require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing
Ability to lift and/or move 50 lbs
